    Lumbar Puncture:

Lumbar puncture is commonly called as spinal tap and is basically used detect many problems underlying in the central nervous system

    Botulinum toxin therapy:

Botulinum toxin therapy has proven effective in treating various neurological conditions such as facial muscle spasms, dystonias, and spasticity resulting from strokes, multiple sclerosis, and brain injuries.

    IV Immunoglobulin therapy:

IV Ig therapy is utilized in neurological disorders where the underlying pathology involves autoimmune mechanisms or abnormal immune responses. It works by neutralizing autoantibodies, suppressing inflammatory processes, and potentially modulating immune cell functions within the nervous system. Conditions treated with IV Ig therapy include Guillain-Barré syndrome, chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy (CIDP), myasthenia gravis, and certain autoimmune encephalopathies. Its efficacy in these conditions often involves reducing disease severity, accelerating recovery, and improving long-term outcomes.

    Treatment with biologicals:

In neurology, biological therapies are primarily used to address autoimmune and inflammatory conditions that affect the central nervous system (CNS) and peripheral nervous system (PNS). They work by targeting specific proteins, receptors, or immune cells involved in the pathogenesis of these disorders.

    Neuropsychological testing:

Assessing cognitive function, memory, attention, and other aspects of brain function to diagnose conditions like dementia or cognitive impairments.

    Therapeutic ultrasound:

Device that uses high-frequency sound waves to promote tissue healing and pain relief.

    Electrotherapy machines

Including TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation) units and EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) devices for pain management and muscle rehabilitation.

    Cervical and lumbar traction devices:

Devices used to apply traction to the spine to relieve pressure on discs and nerve roots.

    Pulleys and traction systems:

Used for passive range of motion exercises and stretching of joints and muscles.
